Conditions for reservations
After Villa Leigner Holidays has received your confirmation of the final dates of your stay, we will process your reservation.

After we have received your deposit, your reservation is guaranteed, which will be confirmed to you by email.

Payment
The deposit for your reservation is 35% of the total rental sum. The deposit needs to be received by our bank within 14 days after your confirmation of the rental period.

Please put the dates of your reservation, as well as the last name of the person who made the reservation under ’subject’.

Receiving your deposit implies you have read our terms and conditions and have agreed to them.

The outstanding rental sum needs to be received into our account within 4 weeks before your arrival at the latest.

Cancellation policy
If a booking is canceled, the following charges are applied:

Cancellation as of 12 weeks before the check-in date: 15% of the total rental sum.

Cancellation as of 8 weeks before the check-in date: 50% of the total rental sum.

Cancellation as of 4 weeks before the check-in date: 75% of the total rental sum.

Cancellation as of 2 weeks before the check-in date: 90% of the total rental sum

In case you want to abbreviate your stay, the rental sum is non-refundable.

Additional obligatory costs
Cleaning fee: 50,00 euros

Upon check-in, it’s required you pay a deposit of 100,00 euros, to cover damages. Your deposit will be returned to you on your departure date

Check in and check out hours
We keep the following hours for checking out and checking in:
12:00: Check out
15:00: Check in

Only after inquiring with Pierre and Marianne exceptions to this policy can be made.

Please communicate the extras you’d like to book, such as the reservation of towel set and grocery service, timely and per email.
